Course overview

If you have never driven before, this is where you start. We begin in a quiet area with the engine off, walking through every control until nothing in the cabin is unfamiliar. From there we build gradually: residential streets, then main roads, then the situations that actually decide your test.

What you will be able to do

  • Move off, stop and steer smoothly without thinking about it
  • Read junctions, roundabouts and lane markings with confidence
  • Park in a bay, parallel park, and reverse around a corner
  • Handle rain, night driving and heavy traffic calmly
  • Complete the full exam route unprompted
